  • Description of the issue or reason for dissatisfaction

3. Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Service Re-scheduling or Replacement:
In cases where the issue can be resolved without a full refund, we may offer a re-service at no additional cost. Customers have the option to schedule an alternate time for the professional to return and rectify the problem.

5. Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds or re-services will not be provided in the following scenarios:

  • Services completed as per agreement and customer dissatisfaction is subjective.
  • Delays caused by customer unavailability or failure to provide necessary access.
  • Issues arising from external factors beyond Zestogo’s control (e.g., supply shortages, weather conditions).

6. Payment Discrepancies:
If you are charged incorrectly or notice duplicate payments, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
